Pay per verified visit.
Not per seat. Not per login.
Sally charges when a verification lands, and every billed visit carries the proof receipt behind it. If the payer is down, the fault is ours, or there is nothing to verify, the charge is $0. The full card is on this page — the same numbers your own AI assistant will find when it shops for you.
| Insured visits / month | 350 |

| Outsourced billing at 5% for comparison | $4,250 |
A full manual benefits breakdown takes staff roughly 12–20 minutes per patient (CAQH Index manual transaction cost: $6.52). Portal verification replaces that task; the electronic 271 check it is compared against costs pennies because it answers a smaller question. Detail: portal verification vs the 271.
First 100 portal verifications free.
One location, 60 days. We agree a verified-visit target before we start; if we miss it, pilot per-visit fees are refunded. A signed BAA comes first — no patient data moves before it.
Book a 30-min pilot call →What exactly counts as a billable verified visit?
One scheduled patient visit for which Sally returns a definitive answer: verified, active, inactive, or uninsured. Portal tiers require the breakdown to come from the payer portal. Payer-down, our-fault, self-pay, and duplicate visits are never billed.
Is there a monthly fee on top of per-visit pricing?
A $99 per-location monthly readiness fee covers the PMS connection, payer portal access, BAA and compliance, and the exception desk. It is credited in full against that month's per-visit fees, so an active practice effectively pays $0 for readiness.
What stops per-visit fees from running away in a busy month?
Total per-result fees are capped at 2.5% of monthly collections per location. Below the cap you pay for usage only. For comparison, outsourced dental billing typically charges 4–8% of collections.
How does the pilot work?
One location, 60 days, first 100 Portal Verified Visits free. We agree a verified-visit target up front; if we miss it, pilot per-visit fees are refunded. A signed BAA comes before any patient data flows.
Which practice management systems are supported?
Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, and Curve Hero. Write-back surfaces vary by connection method and are declared per practice at onboarding; verification answers are available on every connection.
I already pay a Verora subscription. Does my price change?
No. Existing subscription practices keep their current plan. Per-result pricing applies to new enrollments.
Do prices change without notice?
No. Published prices change with at least 90 days' notice, and the price on this page is the price until then.
